My experience of working with clients highlights the miraculous capacity the body has to heal itself if we give it the correct prompt and environment. A gentle approach is often all that is needed to initiate the therapeutic response.

I studied 5 Element Acupuncture after benefiting from treatment myself, qualifying in 1999. In 2001 I also qualified in the Bowen Technique which has proved to be an invaluable addition to my practice.

I have a particular interest in the influence the physical body has on our mental and emotional health and vice-versa. I observed this, in its extreme, working with victims of the civil wars in Bosnia & El Salvador.
